Stainless steel grate material: generally divided into 304,316,316L

The production method of stainless steel grate: there are two kinds of machine pressure welding and manual welding.

1、Machine pressure welding refers to the use of high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine, the crossbar is placed horizontally on the evenly arranged flat steel, and the crossbar is pressed into the flat steel through strong electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, so as to obtain a high quality steel grate with strong solder joints, stability and high strength.

2、Hand-welded steel grate refers to punching holes on flat steel first, and then putting cross bars into holes for spot welding. There will be gaps between cross bars and flat steel, but each contact point can be welded to achieve the equivalent melting connection between flat steel and twist steel. Therefore, the welding will be firmer and the strength will be improved, but it is not as beautiful as the pressure welded steel grate.
