2, hand-welded steel grating, is the first in the flat steel punching, and then the crossbar into the hole spot welding, crossbar and flat steel there will be a gap, but can make each contact point are welded to achieve the flat steel and twisted steel equivalent melting connection, so the weld will be more solid, the strength will be improved, but not as good as pressure welding of steel grating beautiful.
